This is an original sheet metal 1971 Camaro Z-28 which has been designed, rendered and build orchestrated by Sean Smith Designs. This build is classic Camaro with modern and European touches. The body lines are meticulously sharpened but the original sheet metal remains in tact and unmolested. The paint is a BASF Glasurit Shakir Orange Metallic seen only on the M Series BMW line. The glass is flush both front and back made and installed by Eddie Kotto. The wheels are HRE forge 3 piece S207H with matte centers and high gloss barrels shod in Michelin Pilot Sports 275/30x19 up front and 345/30x20 out back attached to Baer 14" extreme 6 piston brakes bathed in Aztec Gold. The front end is split bumper with the full bumper nose filled by a custom one off billet grille by EVOD Industries covered in high gloss powder coating. Sharing the front end are a pair of "one off" billet machined air scoops cooling the brakes and feeding the engine with integrated turn signals/running light. You immediately notice the stance of the car to discover the rocker panels have been extended two inches all the way around giving it the illusion of being lower while making the pinch welds and exhaust system disappear. You notice the machined black stainless steel exhaust tips penetrating the extended lower rear valance and accompanied by the bumper which has been painstakingly integrated into the body lines. You look under the car to see the full road car suspension by Detroit Speed along with Cera-Kote 3" exhaust with Xpipe and Helmholtz resonators. You look into the interior to see the tasteful half roll cage wrapped in Lamborghini Nero Perseus leather and notice the entire European interior with Lambo leather and Alcantara throughout. Your eye is drawn to the billet "one off" steering wheel, center console ring, center gauge cluster with Porsche style instruments by Classic Instrument. The 6 speed billet aluminum shifter and "one off" aluminum and leather ball identify the gear sequence which makes you wonder whats under the hood. You discover a 454LSx fuel injected engine capable of generating 600hp to the wheels topped by an custom shaved MSD intake manifold bathed in matte Shakir Orange and burnt bronze cerakote fuel rail. The engine accessory drive with attached AC, water pump, power steering and alternator are all covered in burnt bronze cerakote. You notice the gold tip covered accessory hoses for the breather system, power steering cooler and fuel system.
You realize this build is closer to a supercar than a resto mod ready to cruise the coast or road course and auto cross if you desire.
