Vehicle Description
Take some time to appreciate this 1976 Chevrolet Blazer Cheyenne K5
4x4. It was born a two-tone SUV with V8 power, a four-speed stick,
and an A/C interior. So it retains all those features today. But as
you look over everything, you see the big investments to make sure
it is stronger, fresher, and an all-around stunner.
There are a lot less of these round headlight K5s running around
these days. So, the classic Chevy front end really gives this one
extra distinction. Of course, what's really grabbing everyone's
attention is the paint. The Crimson Red and Frost White is a great
color combo, and you can really tell the was recent investment in a
professional respray so you get some nice extra luster in the
sunshine. The two-tone has a well-defined boarder thanks to the
premium trim that gives this an upper-class look. Plus, it
coordinates nicely with the white wheels and roof section. Bright
chrome bumpers and a newer folding soft top complete a premium look
on this classic. But the lifted 4x4 stance and Super Swamper tires
are a reminder you're going to enjoy this for more than just its
looks.
The red theme continues inside. The deeper tone on the seats and
door panel have a tasteful look. Plus, you'll notice nice details,
like the bright trim on the seatbacks and wood trim on the dash and
doors. The classic Chevrolet steering wheel is on a tilt column,
and these Blazers share the Silverado's dash that wraps around the
driver. So it's an easy reach well-integrated upgrade like the
retro-style AM/FM digital tuner with Bluetooth and cold-blowing
R134a air conditioning. That last one is particularly important,
because after all, you're going to love taking down the soft top
and enjoying this convertible SUV.
Under the hood is proper small block power, but a much younger
setup. The 350 cubic-inch V8 is a recently added crate motor. It
has nice additions like a Quick Fuel four-barrel carburetor, Quick
Cool carb insulator, and upgraded intake. Good belts, wires, and
hoses complete this well-done package that gives you added
confidence in the fresher motor. It fires up readily, and the sound
of the dual exhaust makes us think there's a nice mild cam inside.
You take full control of the V8 with the four-speed manual
transmission. In fact, the first gear crawler gear, two-speed 4x4
transfer case, and lifted suspension mean this looker also can get
you through some pretty deep situations. But a good Blazer like
this has the right features to tackle the trail AND tarmac. That's
why it has great anytime driving features like power steering and
power brakes with discs up front. And the clean undercarriage
photos show there has been a good investment in the fundamentals to
make sure this one feels solid on the road.
Complete with owner's manual, this classic K5 looks sharp and feels
sharp. But you're not the only one who recognizes a good deal, so
don't miss out. Call today!!!
