Head turning classic 1958 Mercury!
One of a kind styling!
Big fins and tail lights.
Good turn-key classic that is ready to drive.
Professionally restored about 15 years ago.
99,000 miles on odometer assumed to be original.
One of the only 1958 Mercurys for sale in the world. Very hard to find.
Mostly original condition, although the fender skirts and suspension give it a lead sled look.
Starts, runs and drives great. I drove it on a 220 mile highway trip last week.
312ci engine believed to be original
This car is ready to drive. Drivetrain in good condition.
All gauges work
No cracks or broken glass
Windows and doors work as they should
Newer tires mounted on chrome rims. Original wheels are included in the sale.
Dual exhaust sounds fantastic!
New radio and speakers installed for good cruising, but original radio is included in the trunk.
Suspension is a little creaky going around turns.
Southern Car. The car spent most of it's life in Florida. Was brought to Wisconsin in mid-2000s for restoration. Was done well. One repaint to the original Burgundy color. Body is solid with no rust through anywhere. A few small paint bubbles are starting to emerge in a couple spots --nothing major at all. Paint looks pretty good. A few chips or scratches from normal wear. Chrome is pretty good. Some pitting on rear tail lights. Replacement tail lights available for purchase if interested.
Undercarriage of the car is very good. Floorboards are very solid. One of the cleanest 58's you will find underneath.
Interior is in good condition. No rips in seats or door panels. Headliner is good. No cracks in the dash. Not show quality, but good condition. Carpet looks nice.
Has removable fender skirts on the car.
All in all, this is a great head-turning classic that is ready to drive.
International buyers welcome! I have sold several cars to European buyers in the past.
I can assist finding a shipping company if needed.
