1987 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe
Car History
We have a 1987 Chevrolet Corvette here at Adventure Classics that
looks like the day it left the assembly line with its original
interior, paint, and engine.
Engine & Drivetrain
When you open the hood by tilting the front end forward on our C4
you get an unobstructed view of the Chevrolet L98 350 cubic inch
engine with all the factory parts including the fuel injection,
cylinder heads made of aluminum, stainless steel headers and dual
exhaust system, valve covers, power steering, air conditioning,
power 4-wheel disc brakes, and an automatic transmission with the
floor mounted shifter in the factory console.
The engine sits in a factory fresh clean and detailed engine
compartment and seems to have all the other parts as left the
factory since it only shows a little over 33000 miles.
Interior
The silver interior is a rare color choice on this Corvette with
the Dark Red Metallic paint. The leather bucket seats fit well as
you steer with the dual-spoke steering wheel and gaze at the
factory gauges.
It has a lot of both standard and optional features like the power
windows, power locks, cruise control, power steering, air
conditioning, and AM/FM Bose Stereo radio.
This Corvette has an interior that is so nice, clean, and detailed
it must be seen to be appreciated.
Exterior
As stated earlier, ours is a Dark Red Metallic Corvette that looks
deep and gives it an added elegance as well as being the
factory-correct color and original to the coupe. The panels fit
nice, it has the removeable tops option, as well as the headlights
popping up as they should.
It has the classic details like the trim on both sides of the
Corvette and rides on the original factory alloy wheels with the
blackwall performance tires.
Conclusion
The 1987 Corvette we have here at Adventure Classics is a great
Corvette to drive to a cruise, or just enjoy driving. It has great
performance and handling and is a sporty car to own as well as a
Corvette classic.
