Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1978 International Scout
II. Finished in matte white with a matte black rallye stripe and
hard top, it's a sharp truck that never fails to turn heads. GRC
front and rear bumpers, SSII grille, black fender flares and BF
Goodrich 33x12.50 mud terrains on Mickey Thompson Deegans complete
the look. Solid floors and cab supports with no known rust issues;
rockers are particularly crisp and clean.
Interior is nicely finished in all black with new Corbeau front and
rear seats; floors have been rhino-lined for all-season durability.
Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo with bluetooth, USB and aux input beneath a
recovered dash pad. This is an A/C truck but the air is not blowing
cold (buyers in mild climates or who intend to remove the hard top
often do without A/C). Heat and defrost work fine.
Under the hood is a 304 cubic inch V8 mated to an automatic
transmission. Recent service includes new radiator and hoses,
tune-up with electronic ignition upgrade, new Holley 2300
carburetor, brake job, exhaust, transmission service and a complete
engine reseal. Optioned with power steering and power brakes (front
disk). Runs and drives well.
