1933 Ford Three-Window Coupe
Car History
Many street rodders feel the 1933 Ford Three-Window Coupe, like the
one we have here at Adventure Classics, is one of the ultimate cars
you can build and enjoy in the hobby.
1933 Ford 3-Window Coupes definitely have the right look, and ours
does to thanks to the complete build of this street rod from the
ground up.
Engine & Drivetrain
Ours is powered by a 383 cubic inch small block V8 Chevrolet
stroker motor with plenty of power to propel this lightweight
around. It has a performance carb, aluminum intake, Hooker tube
headers, billet aluminum Chevrolet logo valve covers, HEI
distributor, performance plug wires, chrome open element air
cleaner, and more.
The power is sent back to the performance Heavy Duty Ford 9" rear
end with 3:70 rear end gears via the GM Turbo 400 transmission and
delivered to the ground with large polished 5-spoke mag wheels and
performance black wall tires.
It is built on a complete TCI Chassis with that has a lowered
stance with the rake for superior handling via a lowered center of
gravity. Smooth ride, better handling, minimal weight is the
highlights of this American made steel chassis with its massive
power disc brakes providing superior stopping power too.
Interior
This car's real leather interior is gorgeous with the fully custom
seats covered in very comfortable and stylish two-tone colors as
well as the matching door panels. The chrome tilt billet steering
wheel allows plenty of room while the VDO performance gauges
monitor the functions as you ride in comfort in the air
conditioning, raise the power windows or open the power trunk, or
shift the tranny with the chrome shifter.
Exterior
The body is by BeBop in fiberglass. If you are familiar with the
company, you already know that Bebops has been re-creating classics
for almost 3 decades and it shows on ours.
Bebops Glassworks,Inc. is one of the nation's leading manufacturers
of high quality fiberglass body and our 3-window coupe is stunning
in the bright yellow paint that gives it a very definite show car
vibe.
Finish quality is excellent with laser-straight sheet metal, great
door fit, and even gaps all around. It has chrome oversized
headlights, that iconic chromed front grill, chopped top, and
actually looks better in person than it does in these pics.
