Vehicle Description
For the record, we typically don't sell used pickups, unless they
are a classic (35 years or older). However, as a favor, I am making
an exception. One of my wife's good friends, a high school teacher,
bought this truck brand new in 2003 from a local Ft. Worth, Texas
dealer. She loves the truck, but 17 years later, she has decided to
sell and buy a 2020 model just like it. It's a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500
Quad Cab, rear wheel drive, with the usual options, including 4
wheel power disc brakes, power steering, power locks, AM/FM/CD. For
a 2003 model, this is a very low mileage truck. She drove it less
than 8,200 miles per year, on average, mostly back and forth to
school. It has always been well maintained and serviced regularly.
Tires are in very good condition, relatively new with plenty of
tread. It runs and drives well. Interior is clean. The top of the
console shows significant wear, but works fine. (You can pick up a
used one for $50 from a recycler.) Seats, dash, upholstery
headliner are in very good condition. Clean engine compartment and
undercarriage. No leaks. No accidents. No rust. Clean carfax. Minor
scrape on the passenger side front bumper. Otherwise, the body is
clean. Bed liner looks almost new. It's priced to sell. $4,950 OBO
and located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. You have to see this one
to appreciate how nice it really is. ...
