We are pleased to have this 1974 Alfa Romeo Spider Italian beauty
here at Skyway Classics dressed in bright shiny yellow livery,
which is not surprising as it only shows a little over 13,000 miles
on the odometer.
Mechanical
Power is from a 2.0L twin-cam inline-four mated to a five-speed
manual gearbox. The engine sports dual Weber side-draft carburetors
with chrome open element air cleaners, curved ram exhaust pipes and
all the other factory engine parts including that great twin-cam
valve cover!
It sits in a period correct and propped engine compartment with all
good hoses, spark plug wires, and aftermarket battery.
Interior
The interior looks very original with black leather twin bucket
seats and matching door panels, nice console, black carpet in
excellent condition as is the dash and all the instrumentation like
the reverse-sweep speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges
for fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature in the center
stack.
Exterior
The car is finished in good yellow shiny paint with great trim
including stainless steel bumpers and a black convertible top that
looks great both raised and lowered.
It rides on black wall tires and factory Alfa silver wheels and
handle like an Italian sports car should.
Conclusion
The 1974 Alfa Romeo Spider Italian here at Skyway Classics shows a
little over 13,000 miles on the odometer and looks like it should
for those very low miles.
