1966 Impala convertible with original 2-speed automatic. It has a rebuilt strong 350 4-barrel motor in it now dressed as the original 283 with valve covers intake and carb from the 283. but includes original number matching 283 4-barrel, needs rebuild. I'm only 2nd registered owner and have only driven it sparingly. I have original title as well as title in my name. It was in barn storage since 1979 and I've put 2 new quarters on it, doors and fenders and trunk are from Arizona rust free inside and out. did not do frame off. Frame is good and goes down the road smooth as can be. New trim, emblems, rear bumper, front seat foam and upholstery, glove box, carpet sill plates, arm rests, rubber all over, mirror, New tires, master cylinder lines, brake cylinders, shoes, fuel tank and lines, shocks, heater core, new exhaust front to back. I have a new well liner and top with pads and glass rear window to go with car. she's priced accordingly to allow for install and then some. Drives like a dream. I'm moving to a smaller home and retiring so narrowing down my fleet. Update: I just replaced original carb because it didn't run as good as I wanted it to. I put a brand new 600 cfm electric choke Edelbrock on it [380 bucks] and it runs awesome now. TEXT me at 920-209-0088.Not sure I'm getting thru on my responses.
