Vehicle Description
This is an extremely nice 1965 Ford F250 2WD Camper Special. It is
the #3 Camper Special Package. It is a 352 cu in V8 with the
factory automatic transmission and a 4:10 Dana rear end. It was
built in San Jose, California in July of 1965. It has 89k miles and
spent most of it's life in Southern California until it was
purchased by a gentleman in North Carolina in 2015. He has done
many nice maintenance things and upgrades to it. It has had a very
nicely done re-paint in it's original upper Wimbledon White and
lower Marlin Blue with a very nice new blue vinyl interior, new
carpeting and new headliner. The body and chassis are solid and
rust free as you would expect a southwest truck to be. It has been
converted to power steering and power brakes. It has a new set of
Michelin tires. It has had a very nice solid bed cover added along
with a sliding rear window. The truck looks runs and drives
great!!! It is well sorted out and upon close inspection a lot of
the the truck appears original and extremely nice in many of the
detail areas that you would look. This is a truck that is ready to
drive and enjoy then have fun showing it at your favorite car show
or Cars and Coffee event. It always turns heads and would be a
favorite wherever you would end up taking it!!!
