The heart of this Chevelle is the much modified and built 396 cubic
inch Big Block Chevy V-8 Engine. It is a sweet build and a very
powerful engine. Inside it has a Comp Cam .600 Lift camshaft, 990
Rectangular Port Heads that are Ported & Polished, Comp Cams Roller
Rockers and Pushrods, with the induction handled by a Performer RPM
Intake and FiTech Fuel Injection Unit and System.
Even with all this it is built to have a compression ratio of 10.8
so it can run on Pump Gas/ That spent gas runs thru the Stainless
Werks Long Tube Headers and 3" Custom Exhaust with Black Widow
Mufflers before exiting the tailpipes.
It runs cool with the aluminum radiator with Electric Fans and puts
the power to the ground via the Tremec TKO 600 5-Speed Transmission
feeding back to the 12 Bolt Posi Rear with 3.73 gears and C-Clip
Eliminator and Locker.
Interior
The incredible looking interior has Tobacco Brown Leather leather
twin bucket seats and rear bench seat, a billet Steering Wheel
padded with the same leather the seats have, new carpet with
Dynamat Sound Deadener under it and the headliner, New Vintage Air
Heat & Conditioning, New Tilt Column, New AutoMeter Gauges in the
custom dash, an Alpine Blue Tooth Stereo System, as well as the
trunk redone like the Interior.
Exterior
Nothing looks better than a quality fresh House of Color Candy
Apple Red Exterior over that Tobacco Brown Leather Interior. The
1965 body features all new metal, all new Floor & Trunk Pans, all
new Bushings & Body Mounts, Engine & Drive Train, Hydra Boost
Brakes, and a new Serpentine Belt System.
It rides and handles great with its Tubular Upper & Lower A-Arm
Suspension and new custom 5-spoke mag wheels and Ironman black-wall
performance tires and even the underbody & frame have been cleaned,
detailed, and sprayed w/Rhino Liner Sound Deadener.
