What we have here is a 3 owner, 1988 Dodge Ramcharger with 52,520
original miles on the odometer. The truck is finished in Blue
Metallic and has a complementary Blue and Gray - Cloth and Vinyl -
interior. Overall the truck is in fantastic shape, makes no excuses
and is ready to be driven home.
This 1988 Dodge Ramcharger is powered by a replacement 318cid V8
Crate Motor which has about 5,000 miles on it. This is coupled to
her rebuilt 3 Speed automatic transmission which was done at the
same time that the engine was replaced. She has Power Steering,
Power Brakes and AC. The engine was replaced because the original
motor was started in error without oil. Over $6,000 was spent on
the truck in 2019 and it was painted using PPG base coat clear coat
Twlight Blue - the body was 100% rust free , bondo free , wave
free. There are a couple of tiny tiny hail dings on the drivers
side of the hood. The grill was removed and painted Argent Gray ,
the Ramcharger letters were made for the rear lettering. The front
bumper has a tiny bend on the passenger side but barely
noticeable.
The seats covers were removed and replaced with period correct blue
fabric while retaining the factory vinyl. She has New Goodyear
Wranglers on the stock turbine wheel and everything is in working
order. As you can see from the pictures the undercarriage is in
great shape and lacking anything but slight surface rust.
This is a great truck priced to sell so if you are in the market
for a very nice 1988 Ramcharger, then this may be the one for you.
