Vehicle Description
The Buick Riviera was a large stylish American sports coupe that
was extremely well regarded by automobile experts all around the
world. High profile designers such as Sergio Pininfarina declared
it as one of the most beautiful American cars ever built. The
second-generation Riviera hit the market in 1966 and retained its
cruciform X-frame, powertrain, and brakes but introduced an all
new, curvaceous body. Longer, lower, and wider, the new model was
instantly loved and sales rebounded. The 1970 Riviera saw yet
another restyle and were hyped as "Something to believe in."
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 1970 Buick Riviera for
consideration. This stunning Riviera is a southwest car that came
to it's current owner by way of New Mexico. Finished in Black over
a Sandalwood interior, this Riviera has a striking presence. The
body is nice and straight with all of the trim intact. The exterior
is in very good shape, with nice paint overall and a few
imperfections and dings that are to be expected at its age. The
Sandalwood interior shows well and is clean with nice carpet and a
good headliner. The 455 cubic-inch engine is equipped with Holley
Sniper EFI with a digital display. This Car runs and drives
excellent. This 1970 Buick Riviera is sure to turn heads anywhere
it goes with it's new owner!
