Body & Paint: The body on the Thing lines up all the way around the
car with only a couple minor imperfections in the paint.
Engine & Transmission: The Thing holds a 1.6L 4 cylinder engine
with an original 4 speed manual transmission that runs, drives and
shifts great.
Interior: The interior of the Thing is in great condition with the
seats showing little to no wear and the floors protected by rubber
floor mats. The convertible top does have a tiny tear in it,
however it is nothing that could not be fixed with a quick patch
job.
Wheels & Tires: The Thing sits on Goodyear Wrangler tires on 15in
wheels.
Suspension: The Thing sits on new shocks along with its original
torsion bar suspension system.
Electrical: Everything on the Thing appears to work as it
should.
Glass: The glass on the Thing all around is in good condition.
History: We acquired the Thing out of Arizona, but it is a
California car.
