with only 11.483 Actual miles and Frame Off restored to better then
new standards and loaded with every option, this is one special
bird!
In 1957 they built a few D Code Supercharged Thunderbird's and this
was one of them. The car was was part of the AACA Museum and
documentation is included with the sale.

This very special bird has only 11,483 Documented miles! It also
has every option available for a 1857 Thunderbird. The car
underwent a no expense spared concourse Frame Off restoration to
better then new standards. All of the original components were
rebuilt and the body was taken off the frame. the frame was
powdercoated and then reassembly like a new car. The car was
repaint in the original color code Raven Black with black and white
interior. The car is an absolute show stopper and is laser
straight. This is a blue chip investment classic.
Documentation on the Thunderbird includes the original owners
manual, Original Super Charger manual, Ford Supercharger dealer
bulletins, and letter of authenticity from the AACA museum. The
11,483 miles that are on the car are documented as actual on the
title as well.
The original owner past away and the family donated this car to the
AACA. When the curator of the estate gave the paperwork for this
Rare Bird to the museum they lost the Dealer Invoice showing this
car ordered with a supercharger. The museum lost the paperwork but
wrote a notarize letter stating that there was an original dealer
invoice present showing the Supercharger option.Copies of titles
documenting the mileage are included as well.
