If there was ever a car you can't go wrong owning, it would be a Tri-5 Chevy. 1955, 56, and 57 Chevrolet's are among the most recognizable automobiles in the history of automobiles.
Find one that is easy and comfortable to drive and ride in, with the amenities we like to make it fun to drive, as well as a classic color combination, and a nice sound, stance, and a cool set of wheels and tires, and you would have an extremely desirable classic hot rod that most any “Car guy” will appreciate.
Here's a case-in-point: This particular '56 210 is set up very nicely for daily driving, as well as just crusin' around, or going to a car show, or Cruise-in.
Power steering and power front disc brakes are practically a must these days, and this Chevy has both, so you're covered there. Depress the accelerator when cold, turn the key and the 350 jumps to life and fast idles like it's suppose to. 20-30 seconds later, blip the throttle once again, and the car settles into a nice comfortable, deep sounding idle.
Pull the column mounted shift lever into the drive position, and you're crusing in comfort, style, and performance. The completely rebuilt suspension and added sway bar, make for a smooth, tight, sure footed ride.
The trunk compartment is nicely painted, and finished with a carpeted mat and matching spare.
The paint on the Chevy shows very nicely, as does the chrome and bright work. The engine runs great, the transmission shifts nice and smooth, the interior shows very nicely and is very comfortable, and all accessories work. The car has a nice stance, a nice sounding dual exhaust system, and a hard to beat set of wheels and tires....What else is there?!!  A nice all around, solid  1956 Chevy 210.
