and Blazer full convertibles are become increasingly rare. Shown
here is a 1973 GMC Jimmy with 350 V8 paired to an automatic
transmission. A 4bbl quadrajet carb powers the 5.7L engine with a
recent tune-up including plugs, wires, points, pcv valve, and carb
adjustment. The four wheel drive operates through a NP205 transfer
case sending power to the Dana 44 front and GM corporate 12-bolt
rear axles. Stopping power is provided by front disc brakes and
rear drums that were recently rebuilt. We recently replaced all the
leaf springs for better ride and about 2' of lift height to provide
plenty of clearance for the Interco Truxus STS 33x12.50R15 tires on
15' black steel wheels. A full size matching spare is included with
the Jimmy. This truck runs, drives, and stops with everything in
working mechanical order. Some rust on the undercarriage and signs
of previous body work are present. Great daily driver or full
running and driving complete vehicle for an easy restoration. The
value of these trucks is only going one way and that's up. No top
is included with the purchase.
