This is a 1948 Packard Deluxe Eight.
This 1948 Packard Deluxe Eight Touring Sedan is finished in dark blue over a striped gray cloth interior, and power comes from a 288ci inline-eight paired with a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. The car reportedly was owned by a museum in Washington before being acquired by the current owner out of Seattle in 2000. It is said to have since been driven from Palm Springs, California to the Monterey area and back several times by the current owner. The paintwork has been refinished, the seats have been reupholstered, the carpeting has been replaced, and an electric fuel pump and a replacement battery have been fitted.
