One of only 3019 built, this elegant lady, with an interesting history, is looking for a new home. Essentially hand built, at the Allen Park Body and Assembly plant in Allen Park Michigan, these vehicles were the most expensive vehicle built in North America at the time. 368 cu. inch OHV V8 , blue printed at the factory, moves this Continental Mark 2 down the road.
According to the Ford Vault this vehicle was most likely sold by the Beverly Hills Lincoln Mercury dealership to the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Very few Continentals left the factory with air conditioning, this one does have air conditioning, but it was not factory installed. Recent maintenance does include 5 new Coker Firestone tires, installed September, 2018, new fuel tank filler hose, September, 2018, and new driveshaft rubber insulator, March 2019.
This Continental runs and drives very smooth, and all power windows are working. This vehicle is in need of complete paint due to a very poor repaint in the past; priced accordingly. Call for appointment or information, 707-834-4012
