Vehicle Description
This numbers matching 1977 Corvette is powered by an L48/350 engine
with an automatic transmission. It has 21,900 original miles, smoke
gray leather interior, rally wheels, power steering, power brakes,
power windows, tilt and telescopic steering column, AM/FM radio,
air conditioning, original valve covers, original air cleaner
assembly, original ignition shielding, and much more. The owner
custom ordered this Corvette as a "01 paint code" body in
white(primer) for his wife then had his body shop paint it. This is
one of less than 80 Corvettes released in 1977 with custom paint
option. When finished she did not want it so a family member of one
of the employees bought it. He died at 70 and the current owner
bought it from the previous owner's 94 year old father who used the
Corvette to go to church on nice days and has been sitting in the
garage for 10+ years. The current owner changed the oil and filter,
transmission fluid and filter, rear end grease and additive, and
checked and lubed the chassis. They also replaced all 4 calipers, 4
brake hoses, 4 sets of brake pads, master cylinder, sway bar links,
rear leaf spring bushings, and much more. 1977 was the last year
for the short back window. It was also the first year without
Stingray badges on the fenders, and saw the return of the black
exterior color option. Each early 1977 also had a polished horn
cap, which was later recalled due to safety concerns over the sun
glaring on it. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at
