Vehicle Description
From the first impression, this 1967 Chevrolet Impala has that
great vintage look, but those modern wheels also tell you there's
something more going on here. And as you look over everything from
the fresh interior to the upgraded V8 power, this coupe seems to
expertly mix the classic hardtop style you love with the right
investments in modern upgrades.
This is a full-size coupe, and within it is a lot of style. It has
a long hardtop profile with fastback-like rear, crisp lines with
triple points up front, and rear fenders with as much flare as a
Corvette Stingray. The light blue paint keeps the classic look, and
it makes for a nice backdrop for all the brightwork, like the long
side trim line, newer mirrors, and mirror-like bumpers that hug the
car's form. Plus, this gets an upgrade in style with added shine
from the half-moon headlights, polished dual exhaust tips, and
modern 20-inch Ridler alloys.
Inside, they freshly restored the interior to make sure this one
keeps the same classic attitude with plenty of upgrades on display.
It starts with the seats. This is a full-size coupe, and so there's
plenty of room to share it with family and friends. But the front
was upgraded to a high-back split-bench with fold-down center
armrest. So you get individual comfort whenever you want. Plus, it
even power adjusts to your ideal position. And this is finished in
the same blue vinyl with comfortable tweed cloth inserts as you see
in the rear, so this upgrade is quite well-integrated. The same
incognito upgrade is seen on the dash. Everything looks clean, and
the three-spoke steering wheel looks quite original. But when you
twist the key, the modern Dakota Digital setup glows with a modern
hue that nicely coordinates with the rest of this sea of blue
interior. There's even a modern AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth
cleanly mounted in the factory housing.
Small blocks were the mainstays of these Impalas, so it's nice to
have a proper 350 cubic-inch V8 under the hood. But just like
everything else you've seen on this coupe, there have been some
nice investments in upgrades. So this is a later roller motor that
has been enhanced with an Edelbrock 600 CFM four-barrel carburetor
and Edelbrock intake. You have an electric choke, HEI ignition, and
a newer fuel pump, and that makes for a strong-running package.
Plus, there's a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering,
power brakes w/discs up front, and air shocks in the rear. So this
is the cool classic that's also been upgraded for driving
enjoyment.
This is a great mix of iconic style and the right modern
investments. You know you need to get your hands on a total package
like this. Call today!!!
