Vehicle Description
This 1995 Jeep Wrangler has received a full frame-off custom
Rock-Buggy build. The leaf spring suspension has been replaced with
front parallel and rear triangulated HD 4-link with long travel Fox
coilovers and nitrogen charged bump stops. The chassis was smoothed
and finished in a custom Candy Green PPG paint with silver and
satin black suspension. The power train was swapped out for a GM
Vortec 350ci V8, rebuilt TH350 3-speed automatic transmission and a
2-speed Atlas transfer case, all modified to deliver astounding
power and handle the abuse of the trail. Putting that power to the
ground are rebuilt Dana 60 axles complete with a rear limited-slip
differential, and a front ARB Air Locker and 4-corner power disc
brakes. Rolling on 20-inch chrome Jesse James Black Widow wheels
wrapped in 37-inch Toyo Open Country MT tires. The tub, fenders and
steps have all received full-coverage black Line-X. Driver comforts
include tilt column, gated shifter and black Corbeau bucket seats
with 5-point RJS harnesses in front, and a matching Corbeau bench
in the back with 2-point RJS belts. A full coverage custom roll
cage was designed that includes all seat and harness mounting,
keeping the occupants safe. AutoMeter gauges, a high-flow aluminum
radiator, custom aluminum fuel cell, on-board air compressor,
SmittyBilt 9.5K synthetic rope winch, front and rear fog lights,
and RCS ram assist power steering were added for off-road
performance and convenience. Fully functional headlights (high and
low beam), brake lights, running lights and turn signals make this
Jeep a great ride on or off road. CARFAX reports on 9/27/2002;
