You know that we like good Mercedes SL's at Vintage Planet and this
is another one you should consider, if you're in the market for one
of those cars. This 1976 450SL is a two owner vehicle that has been
garaged and well-maintained it's whole life. The second owner
bought it in 1985 in California and kept it since 2019. This
Mercedes is powered by a 4.5 L V8 and automatic transmission. It
has always been very well taken care of and it runs and drives like
it just rolled off the assembly line.
It has been repainted a couple of years ago in the original light
ivory and only shows minor wear. The interior is completely stock
with new upholstered driver and passenger seats. The soft top has
been replaced also and still looks brand new. All the suspension
bushings are new including new sway bar links new Half shafts and
many other new parts.
This example is ready to go and will bring a lot of fun to the new
owner.
