Vehicle Description
This 1963 Corvette split-window coupe was inspected and validated
by former NCRS judging chairman Roy Sinor. It's finished in factory
Tuxedo Black with a red interior. Power is provided by a L76
327/340hp V8 solid lifter engine and a Muncie 4-speed manual
transmission. The engine block is re-stamped. Its shipping data
report shows it being built on May 15, 1963 and sold by Major
Chevrolet, dealer code 187 and zone 27. It includes Roy Sinor's
five page report documenting his inspection, originality of the VIN
tag, Trim Tag, and the engine and transmission combination. It was
recently given a fresh zero-mile photo documented frame-off
restoration and still had its original red interior when the
restoration was performed. This Corvette sits on reproduction 1963
knockoff wheels with correct whitewall tires. It is ready to show
and enjoy or added to any collection as a desirable 1963
split-window Corvette.
