Vehicle Description
The FJ45LV model is unique, as most of the long-wheelbase 45s were
two-door troop carriers; the four-door wagons are the most
desirable in the LV line. The overall condition of this vehicle is
excellent; however, it is not at factory specs. This vehicle was
professionally restored in 2010. The engine is a Chevrolet 350ci
V8, mated to a later Toyota 4-speed manual transmission. A disc
brake conversion was performed in 2010 during the restoration. The
paint is Bahama Blue and Ivory from the 1960s. All interior panels,
doors, hood and roof are covered with Dynamat sound-deadener. Seats
and doors are perfectly reupholstered. The dash has all components,
even the original glove box door. The true millage is unknown. The
headlights have now been replaced with an LED conversion. The
undercarriage is clean. The luggage/cargo rack is not OEM, but sits
and looks great on the roof. The spare tire and matching
upholstered cover are perfect, as is the carpet. This Land Cruiser
runs and drives fantastic; all gears run smooth, and the upshift
and downshift are smooth as well. The heater and electric cooling
fan for the engine run great. Man emu suspension. Heater blower
option. Warn winch plus rigid 360 spot lights.
