Vehicle Description
This 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS factory 409 convertible spent the
majority of its life in Arizona and Southern California. It
received a no-expense-spared professional rotisserie restoration
completed in May 2018. This vehicle is powered by a factory
matching-numbers 409ci V8 engine with dual 4-barrel carburetors
mated to a floor-mount-shifted 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission
and CPP 4-wheel power disc brakes. It's finished in the correct
color combinations of silver over red leather upholstery with a red
convertible top. It features six power windows with new wing
windows motor, power steering, and dual exhaust glasspacks. Modern
conveniences of Bluetooth technology, RetroSound Model Two and tilt
steering have been added. This classic rides on BFGoodrich red line
radials with correct spinner wheel covers. Included are four dog
dish wheel covers in excellent condition, owner's manual and the
red convertible boot. This car has been thoroughly inspected with
the engine in great condition, including cylinder compression
checks by the Barrett-Jackson service team with supporting
documentation.
