This is a lovely example of a straight 5 gauge,5 speed,sunroof
Irish green 912 coupe with high integrity. Now don't be fooled as I
was.I was approached by a couple good ole Christian Preachers from
Vegas that had this car and represented it as a "rust free","clean
up away".I bought the car off of their description and pictures. The
car arrived at my facility,it is a project,a bit more than a "clean
up" away.
The car runs and drives. The engine fits in the manufacture number
range of the car as does the transmission number.Car number is
456160,engine is 832187,the transmission is 228033.
The items they "forgot to mention is the "rust free" California car
has rust in the front suspension pan(pictured),door latches are
absent, paint needs redone.Tires are dry rotted.Other items but all
pretty minor
I payed $35000 for the car and shipped from California,I am trying
to recoup. The car is now in Nashville Tn.Nashville has exploded so
much that all my vendors are weeks out before being able to work on
the car,I have decided to remarket as I bought.
The body panels are straight with fantastic factory straight
gaps. The pans(other than front suspension pan) are straight and
solid. The body panels are solid(small bit of blisters in dogleg of
drivers front fender(pictured),door bottoms are solid. The car will
make a great little driver with just a minimal amount of time
invested or a lot of money and time for a restoration. Review the
60 pictures posted, the car really does look this nice in person. If
car interest you, contact Jeff Frazier at 615-971-4409 or
[email protected]. The car is located at our indoor facility
25 miles east of downtown Nashville Tn. The $299 dealer doc fee
will be included in a full price transaction. This and other fine
European collector cars may be reviewed at www.jpfrazier.com
