Exterior Highlights:
The exterior of the car is flat out stunning with factory original, garage preserved, Guards red paint that is nearly flawless. This vehicle has had no exterior modifications and retains all of it’s exterior factory components with the exception of a brand new set of tires. The very popular factory phone dial wheels on the car are in great shape and add to the nostalgic look of this time capsule of a vehicle. What sets this car apart is the condition of the exterior trim and paint that have a crisp and fresh appearance that assures you this vehicle has been well taken care of. There are no dings or dents on this vehicle whatsoever. The vehicle has a great stance, the body fit (doors click closed and are perfectly aligned). Interior Highlights:
The interior of the car is show spectacular like the rest of the car. The vehicle features an awesome set of high back leather bucket seats that are in excellent shape with only a very small and inconspicuous hole in one of the bottom seams of the driver seat. This vehicle is loaded with comfort items including AC/PW/PDL, and cruise control. The vehicle is equipped with the hallmark sunroof that can be removed to give the car an impressive full open roof, the vehicle also comes with the factory storage bag that appears to have never been used. The carpet, door panels, and headliner in the vehicle are all in excellent shape. This vehicle is equipped with a very nice set of 944 floor mats. The only thing not factory original on the interior is the stereo which has been replaced by a nice sounding Pioneer AM/FM stereo with CD player, we do have the factory original Blaupunkt stereo that came with the car that will go with the sale (we are not sure of the working order of that radio). This vehicle comes with a number of factory original items including the factory Bra and Bag that appears to have never been used, the factory tools, and a factory air compressor and case, all of which appear to never have been used. Overall, as the pictures indicate, the interior of this car is excellent and ready to go cruising.
Mechanical Highlights:
Mechanically this vehicle is amazing, the vehicle retains it’s factory original motor that runs like sewing machine and has the very popular 5-Speed manual transmission that shifts with ease. The engine compartment, as the photo’s show, is unmolested and clean as a pin. This vehicle is an excellent road car, it runs and drives without effort and the suspension is very responsive, it has a sporty feel that let’s you know this car was built to drive. We would venture to say that this vehicle was only driven during ideal conditions as the undercarriage is like the rest of the vehicle, super solid and clean.
