Vehicle Description
Here we have a 1966 Chevrolet Impala convertible. Powered by a 327
Cu In V8 and backed by a Powerglide automatic transmission. This
particular Impala runs, and drives very well and is ready for a
long cruise. With the dual exhaust, the 327 has a great classic V8
sound. The Impala has some sought after options including power
steering, power brakes, power top, and front disc brakes. The great
stance is provided by the Billet Specialties wheels, that also
gives this Impala a great look from the ordinary. The red exterior
is in good condition with no rust issues, including the floors and
frame. The black vinyl interior is in good condition as well with
no rips or tears in the seats. The powered white convertible top is
in excellent condition and functions very well. One rare option on
this particular Impala is the tilt and telescoping steering wheel.
This feature was only offered by Chevrolet in the Impala and
Caprice in 1966 for the full size models. You will find this option
in sports cars, but when have you seen it in a full size Chevrolet?
This Impala is ready for top up or down cruising fun.
