Vehicle Description
When we use the term "restomod" it's because it takes all the best
vintage elements and amps it up with all the best modern pieces.
That's why this 1950 Chevrolet 3100 uses the term restomod just
about better than any other vehicle. It takes the classic Chevy
truck look and gives it a vivid paint theme, amazing custom A/C
interior, an upgraded suspension, tri-power crate V8, and so much
more.
This truck never hides its distinctiveness. You notice it from the
first moment thanks to the two-tone paint. The matte black is in a
direct contrast to the high-gloss purple w/metallic flake. These
are such opposites, but they are also united in the idea of modern
appeal, and so the result is an irresistible combo. And it all
looks so fresh because this is on a truck that has less than 2,500
miles on the whole build. And when they were making this custom
creation, they really looked at the details. That's why the white
pinstripe that separates the two-tone coordinates with the white
steelie wheels and white paint behind the grille. And even with
this modern appearance, they made sure this Chevy still shows its
vintage appeal. You see it in the way the classic sheetmetal
carefully still holds its form. And there are great classic
details, like the big five-bar grille, running boards, and real
wood in the truck bed.
As you can see, the door handles have been shaved, so this truck
comes with remote door poppers. Look inside and you'll see an
award-worthy custom presentation. All the white accenting of the
exterior gets you ready for a full white interior. The first thing
you'll notice is the white seat. It has the classic-style bench,
but now it's a custom presentation with individual bolstering and
finished in a supple leather. This white coordinates with the
custom door panels, headliner, and dash. Plus, you'll love the
details, like the buckskin inserts in the seat frame and doors that
remind you just how thoughtful the build is. They even brought back
the exterior purple as part of the LED interior lighting! There are
a ton of great modern upgrades, like an AM/FM/CD stereo with USB
input for your phone, cup holder center console, and cold-blowing
air conditioning. You'll love the classic cruiser elements like the
extra tall gearshift and a steering wheel borrowed from the '50s
Chevy sedans. And they go well with the modern driver-oriented
upgrades, like the tilt steering column and upgraded full gauge
panel.
Under the hood is a presentation that's just as fresh as the rest
of this truck. The dark engine bay funnels all your attention to
the crisp and shining powerplant in the middle. This is a Chevy 350
cubic-inch crate V8, and you'll see all your favorite supporting
components, like the serpentine belt system and an aluminum
radiator with electric fans. But what you'll really love is how
enthusiasts everywhere will be pointing at the three air toppers
that signal Tri-Power. The triple set of dual-barrel Rochester
carbs are a true performance icon that let the motor breathe
deeply, and it exhales with authority as ceramic-coated headers
feed the sweet-sounding dual exhaust. As you look at the
undercarriage photos, it shows you how clean and fresh this whole
build is. Plus, you'll spot the best upgrades, like a Thorbecke
tubular front suspension and a four-link rear. There's also
four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, and a four-speed automatic
transmission w/highway-friendly overdrive. And the full air ride
suspension means you get to dial in your ideal ride height.
This is an absolutely awesome build that knows how to turn heads
and win awards. And it also has the right features to do it near or
far. So if you love being memorable everywhere, call today!
