Vehicle Description
This 1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is a very cool find. A lifelong Texas
and Georgia truck, this vehicle is extremely clean and from what we
can see still has its original Spinnaker Blue paint. An extremely
clean and well-preserved Woody. The body on this Grand wagoneer is
very straight and very clean with no rust that we could see, no
paintwork found, and no patches. There is the normal wear and tear
you would expect from an original paint vehicle like minor stone
chips, some scratches, couple of door dings in the paint, but no
rust. Just a clean and solid body. The underside is also very clean
and original with only the normal surface rust on bare metal parts.
You will also notice on the close-ups of the rims that they are in
excellent condition. The interior is also very clean with no rips
or tears, a nice dash, and the headliner and carpet are also in
great condition. All of the lights, gauges, radio, wipers are
working. All windows work and the only item not working 100% was
the AC not blowing cold.
The drivetrain is also 100 %. The previous owner stated the engine
and transmission were both rebuilt around 600-700 miles ago. We did
get the receipt for the transmission, but he was unable to find the
engine receipt. This Grand wagoneer runs excellent and we found no
issues with the drive train. The 360 V8 engine is strong and shows
no smoke at startup and runs smooth. The 727 Automatic transmission
shifts great and the vehicle was a pleasure to drive. Tires have
plenty of tread left and this Jeep is ready to roll. This is such a
nice Grand wagoneer and a great color too!!!
