built by '32 Ford guru Michael Payne who's '32's have been in
numerous magazines and museums both in California and Japan. Built
with a ten(10) year collection of period correct parts, this is a
true and correct, professionally done Southern California style
roadster. It has a real '32 frame and is titled as a '32. With an
all steel body, it is powered by a built 1949 flathead with a
Mercury crankshaft, Offenhauser heads and manifold, a '97
carburetor and beehive filter. The transmission is from a 1939 Ford
with Lincoln gears and it has a rare Hailbrand quick change rear
end with Mooredrop drilled axel. It rides on Mercury wheels with
Mercury hubcaps. Additional options and features include new top
bows and leather interior. The owner states that this very special
car is extremely dependable and can be enjoyed in all driving
conditions.
