1950 Buick Special Deluxe Tourback A long-time Buick-owner has
decided to part with his very special '50 Buick Special Deluxe
(nicknamed 'Bucky') that s extremely good condition. Black over
Black/Grey Interior. This is a true survivor car restored with
exterior paint, rebuilt trans, and interior (all by prior owner).
Rt side door(s) have paint imperfections that are just starting to
show. Black is an easy color should any paintwork be needed. Frt
Bumper & Grille Bars have all been rechromed. Dagmars have been
rechromed to like new condition. Grille moulding is original with
minor pitting evident. Headliner is new. Brake Drums, Lines, Master
Cylinder etc all new or otherwise rebuilt. Front Yellow Driving
(fog) lights are new, but not yet wired to the new switch by this
owner. Glass is all original to this car and damage-free.
Non-smoker vehicle. EXTERIOR: 100% solid car with repaint by prior
owner. Except for the minor paint flaws noted, a literal strong 9
out of 10 for it's quality. All trim was removed for the paint
work. Car is very straight, all trim is present, and Brightwork is
complete and otherwise intact. Rear Bumper is decent, and
sufficiently solid if someone would wish to replate it, but looks
perfectly fine. INTERIOR: Seat covers, Carpet Flooring, Windlace,
Headliner are all in exceptional condition with no wear or tears
present. Door Cards are all near perfect. Dash paint and door top
paint is all original and in great shape. Dash lights (for night
driving) is in-op, but owner has the switch that should resolve
that. Trunk trim is incredible with matched luggage that will go
with the car. (The Machine Gun is a replica and is not included
with the sale). Jack is stowed in its own black jack cover. It too
is complete. MECHANICAL: Engine is all original and does not smoke.
DynaflowTrans has been rebuilt and works as it should. All
Dynaflows leak, but this is v. minor-------almost non-existent.
Engine bay is solid, complete and could stand detailing.
