Vehicle Description
This beautiful matching numbers 1965 Chevrolet Corvette coupe was
equipped at the factory for serious performance. It is one of only
771 1965 Corvettes built with the rarest and costliest engine
ordered that year, the L84 327/375HP small block V8, teamed with
this example's Muncie M20 4 speed, 3.08 posi-traction rear end, off
road exhaust and transistor ignition. Its paint is complemented
with desirable finned aluminum knock off wheels and an
exceptionally clean white interior featuring Soft Ray tinted glass,
a teakwood steering wheel and AM/FM pushbutton radio. According to
the car's extensive documentation, it was sold new at Allen-Green
Chevrolet in Seattle, Washington. This immaculately restored
"fuelie" has been judged and awarded the Triple Crown Award, NCRS
Duntov Mark of Excellence, a Bloomington Gold certification and the
NCRS Top Flight Award three times. Documentation to accompany this
award winning Corvette includes complete engine and trim plate
analysis, Protect-O-Plate, miscellaneous factory documents,
original owner's manual and multiple NCRS scoring summaries.
