I'm selling my 1963 Rambler American 220 to make room for new projects. I've owned it for about 10 months and it's been a lot of fun. It's a great car for competing at events and is always a favorite in the orphan category. If you are just looking for something fun to drive, maybe cruise the beach, this car delivers.
The previous owner had some nice subtle pin-striping done on the car including the name Gracie on the rear gate. So, she comes with a name. Originally, there was a pin-up model also included on the vehicle and I decided to remove it. The name can be removed as well without damaging the underlying paint.
The Rambler drives well on main roads and can easily cruise down the freeway. I decided not to do much freeway driving, because I didn't want anything to happen to the paint.
The glass is in great condition. There are some seals which could be redone to reduce road noise. No need to worry about leaks.
Below are the specifics on the vehicle. I am more than happy to answer any questions.
Thank you,
