The venerable Porsche 911 has always been known for the connection it makes between a driver and the road. The Porsche 993 was the final bow for the long lived air cooled powered car of the series. It was thoroughly modern and classic at the same time. As expected it was more powerful and endowed with more creature comforts than its predecessors. It had not however diluted what makes 911's the object of passion and devotion of car enthusiasts the world over.
This two owner C2 6-speed Carrera Cabriolet has been well maintained and is in top mechanical condition. Its 100% unmodified and unmolested. Accelerates, shifts, steers and stops as you would expect of a Porsche. It just completed 835 glorious miles from Denver to Scottsdale on secondary mountain, high desert and forest roads. It flat eats up the miles, loves to rev and still delivers respectable fuel mileage.
The pictures speak for themselves but the car has a few chips, dings and scuffs that you might expect from a 23 year old car that has never had any body or paint work. The driver's seat has a bit of minor wear but no cracks or tears; the dash, door panels, console and carpet are all in excellent condition.
