Vehicle Description
The bold paint on this 1972 Chevrolet Camaro will already have you
saying WOW! But as you check out the total package this one,
including the full custom interior and fresh performance V8, you
realize that this is a detail-oriented passion build that's up for
grabs.
Hugger Orange is always going to grab your attention on a Chevy
because it's a terrifically bold color reserved for the best
performance cars. And that attitude suits this Camaro quite nicely.
But the orange may not be the only part that leaves a lasting
impression. All the black elements are part of a well-coordinated
contrasting package. In fact, you can really see the extra thought
that went into the build, because you not only have the black
racing stripes, but also black bumpers, a blacked-out RS grille,
black 15-inch alloys, and even black surrounds for the upgraded LED
lights. Plus, there's even more custom pieces to drive home the
look of style and performance. It includes the custom deep-dipping
front end, L88-style hood, and a wicked set of side pipes. Oh yeah,
this one looks custom from every angle!
If you like the orange and black of the outside, then you'll really
love the inside. After all, it takes a big investment to get this
custom two-tone interior. Again, they really paid attention to
details, and so you have great pieces like the orange stitching
against the black areas of the seats. This was given a full
makeover to be quite a modern machine. That includes show-stopping
pieces, like a push-button start and side-view cameras with
individual screens in the dash. And since they were putting custom
electronics in the dash, you also have a modern AM/FM/CD/XM stereo
with Bluetooth and plenty of speakers in the parcel shelf. But this
isn't just a show car; it's also a driver's machine. You know that
the moment you grip the race-inspired RDT steering wheel and gaze
at the crisp white-faced gauges.
Under the hood is the look of true power. This is a 350 cubic-inch
crate V8 that was installed less then 1,200 miles ago. And the
painted details on places like the Edelbrock valve covers show that
even the engine bay coordinates with the color theme. But what
you'll really love about the motor is the performance. It has been
enhanced and fortified with Comp Cams camshaft, roller rockers,
World Sportsman II heads, 202 valves, and flat-top pistons (9:1
ratio). It's topped off with an Edelbrock Performer intake and
Edelbrock 600 CFM four-barrel carburetor. You even have the right
supporting components, like a double-roller timing chain, upgraded
pulleys, an MSD ignition, and an aluminum radiator. The Hedman
headers add even more power while they also contribute to the
thunder of those side pipes. The TH350 three-speed automatic
transmission feeds a 10-bolt rear end, and there are traction bars.
But even if you just like cruising this cool coupe, there are also
nice anytime driving features, like power steering and power brakes
with discs up front.
The sale comes complete with restoration photos. This is one of the
coolest ways to represent the 2nd gen Camaro. So don't let this
distinct and powerful custom coupe slip away, call today!
