Vehicle Description
The "square body Chevy" is one of the best and most popular GM
truck platforms ever produced. Introduced as the replacement for
the also classic 1967-1972 generation, the square body had a lot to
live up to! Though consumers may have been initially suspicious,
the square body quickly proved itself a worthy replacement. Both
the Chevrolet and GMC versions of these trucks are sought after
today both as a collector vehicle and a reliable workhorse. Those
that survived use as an industrial vehicle, like this 1990
Chevrolet Blazer, are a rare example and certainly a hot commodity
these days! Worth noting, 1987 was the end of the square body
pickup as the GMT400 was introduced as a replacement in 1988. The
square body Blazer and Suburban were constructed until 1991, after
which the GMT400 versions of both were introduced.
This is a nearly stock, largely unmolested, 1990 Blazer square
body. Offered in the classic and eye-catching color combination of
blue on black, this pickup has survived 35 years and 265,000 miles
without being abused, heavily modified, or otherwise beaten into
the ground. Tasteful aftermarket upgrades include a modern radio,
aftermarket wheels, and dual exhaust. Upgrades aside, seeing one of
these Blazers that hasn't been abused beyond recognition is truly
something worth seeing. Though you may find minor wear and
scratches in the paint finish, this can certainly be expected on
any vehicle with high mileage and especially on a vehicle of this
age. The exterior is in overall great condition and needs nothing
to be enjoyed as-is.
The interior, much like the rest of the truck, is in great original
condition aside from a few liberties taken by a previous owner.
Someone started to convert the original blue interior to black, and
almost finished it, but stopped part way through. For this reason,
the rear seat is blue and so are a few other items, but it is well
on its way to having a nice black interior! All original items are
showing some age, but are in good overall condition for regular
use. Whatever you prefer, either the light blue or black interior
would be a great match to the dark blue exterior! If you're looking
for a time machine back to the early 1990s, this just might be your
ride! Equipped with power windows, air conditioning, and nice
offroad tires this Blazer is a classic "country Cadillac."
Under the hood is a fuel injected 5.7 liter Chevrolet V8 (AKA Chevy
350). While this truck isn't fast, it isn't meant to be. It fires
right up, runs, drives, and otherwise performs as expected for an
old 4x4 SUV. For a multi-use vehicle, this Blazer would be a
perfect vehicle for anything from daily use to light off-roading.
The engine runs great and feels strong. Hooked up to a 700R4
automatic transmission, this truck would be a great daily driver or
around town errand runner. Tired of losing your car in the employee
parking lot at work? That won't be a problem on the days you drive
this Blazer!
Though the introduction of the GMT400 marked the impending end of
the square body in 1988, the tail end of these trucks were quite
possibly the heyday of these wonderful vehicles. Unmolested,
un-modified, un-trashed examples like this are getting harder and
harder to find! This truck won't last long! If you're after a good
quality, light use 4x4 SUV this just might be the vehicle for
you!

commercial carriers. Most of which can deliver the vehicle to your
driveway. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays
incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody.

affiliates, it is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the
