This 1967 Alfa Romeo Spider Duetto is one of 6,324 Series I 1600s
built over a three-year span and was sold new in Frankfurt,
Germany. The car was later imported to the US and spent several
years with an owner in Colorado. It was then in storage for 17
years before undergoing a restoration in 2015 and being acquired by
the previous owner on BaT in February 2017. Finished in Alfa Red
over a black vinyl interior, the car is powered by a replacement
1,570cc twin-cam four that features dual Weber carburetors and is
paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Service following the
selling dealer's acquisition in July 2019 included replacing the
clutch slave cylinder and changing the oil. This Duetto is now
offered with records and photos from the restoration, as well as a
