1965 VOLVO 1800S
The Volvo 1800S is often likened to the early Ferrari styling but these great sports cars are popular in their own right. This is the perfect car to have:
The Volvo’s VIN is: 13400 (chassis #)
This is a must see 1800S!
Nicely Restored
This 1800S is nicely restored and ready to enjoy. The paint is nice, the interior looks new, mechanically it performs well, and it is an incredibly fun car to drive.
This 1800S is finished in factory Red with driver-quality paint; it is a traditional color for these sporty cars.
The underside of the car shows the typical surface rust with one area that has undergone restoration.
The Black bucket seats are in excellent condition and rest of the interior is in equally nice shape.
All of the engine/systems monitoring gauges (temperature, amp, fuel and oil pressure) appear to work properly. Similarly, the safety equipment (lights, horn, signals, seat belts, etc.) all function. The wipers will require some attention for those few who would choose to drive this classic in the rain.
The car’s 4 cylinder engine starts right up and runs nicely.
The 4-speed manual transmission operates smoothly, making driving around town in traffic a breeze or prowling the back roads an adventure.
The car’s brakes (disc on front, drum on rear) stop the car quickly without pulling to either side. The newly powder-coated wheels are mounted with new Michelin 165SR 15 tires.
Newly installed air conditioning turns this sports car into a vehicle that any enthusiast will enjoy. It transforms any hot, sultry day (or night) into a pleasant drive.
