Vehicle Description
This 1967 Camaro convertible was an original Arizona car and the
recipient of a 4-year, no-expense-spared, professional,
nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration and custom Pro-Touring build,
with 5,572 miles since completion in 2012. Its foundation is a full
Chris Alston's Chassisworks custom chassis fitted with a Currie 9"
rear end with a 4-link suspension, power rack & pinion steering and
Wilwood 4-wheel power disc brakes. It's powered by a 454ci V8
engine producing just over 400hp, mated to a Turbo 400 4-speed
automatic transmission operated by a B&M Hammer shifter. It's
equipped with custom headers and exhaust by Flowmaster with
electric cutouts. The custom interior features a custom sound
system, Vintage Air and a tilt steering wheel. The exterior
features electric headlight flaps, a new convertible power top and
Bonspeed Palisade wheels. This Camaro is owned by Rick White the
Major League Baseball pitcher who played for 12 years in the big
leagues and pitched in the World Series in 2000. Rick had the car
built for his own use. The sale includes a baseball and 8 by 10
photograph both signed by Rick.
