Vehicle Description
The GT3 nameplate was introduced in 1999, and like the previous 911
RS
models, those first GT3's were completely focused on racing, and
thus
stripped of any options that added unnecessary weight to the car.
Fast
forward to 2016, and typical Porsche continuous development meant
those
performance upgrades were now available on the street with the 2016
911
GT3 RS.
Launched at the 2015 Geneva Auto Show, it's a road legal rocket
with
carbon fibre racing seats, roll cage, and a 6 point safety harness
for the
driver. The flat-six 4.0 L engine delivers 0-60 times like 3.4
seconds, and
this lovely example has been purely pampered and dealer serviced,
with
just 639 miles on the clock. Paddle shift your way to driving
nirvana every
time you fire up this rare and highly original Lave Orange 911 GT3
RS.
Bid on this car in person at the RAND Luxury Auction on October
12th.
