· 1970 Plymouth Duster 340.
· 340 stroked to 416 cu in, 496 HP, 524 torque, not numbers matching.
· 727 automatic.
· Repainted more than 15 years ago but otherwise unrestored.
· Original owner purchased car in South Carolina, sold car in 1995.
· Very fast, very reliable and a blast to drive. Car was driven in multiple Hot Rod/Car Craft Power tours and has won local car shows, most recently winning “Outstanding in Class” at the 2018 Mopars in the Park National Car Show.
· Comes with tons of documentation, including fender tag, build sheet, original bill of sale from 1970, dyno results, and receipts and documentation for performance parts.
· Previous owner reported that he ran 11.60s in quarter. Engine has since been rebuilt/upgraded and produces 15 more horsepower than it did at the time it was raced. Has not been raced since the engine rebuild.
· Engine: 340 stroked to 416 cubic inches, Quick Fuel 780 CFM carb, Holley Strip Dominator Intake, Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads, Competition Cams hydraulic roller cam and roller rockers, TTI ceramic coated headers, MSD ignition with Pro-Billet distributor, balanced rotating assembly, 495 HP, 524 torque. Last rebuild and dyno was done by Competition Engines in Minnesota in 2013.
· Transmission: 727 with 3,200 stall/3,800 flash stall and reverse manual valve body, B&M internally balanced flex plate, B&M transmission cooler, B&M Street Bandit shifter, digital tachometer with shift light.
· Rear axle: 3.73 rear axle ratio, Yokon alloy axles.
· Exhaust: Dual x-pipe, electric cutouts, Flowmaster mufflers, factory exhaust tips.
· Suspension: 3,000 lb super stock A-Body springs, Competition Engineering 3-way adjustable shocks on all 4 corners, pinion snubber, rebuilt power steering box.
· Brakes: Mopar Performance master cylinder, upgraded to disc brakes on all 4 corners.
· Tires and wheels: Weld Wheels with Mickey Thompson drag radials.
· Other modifications: Electric fuel pump, frame connectors, digital tach with shift light.
