Vehicle Description
STK 2647 1966 Ford Mustang
The introduction of the Mustang created a new class of automobile
known as the 'pony car'. This handsome 1966 Mustang coupe had a
careful restoration earlier this year. The solid body was
professionally reshot in 2-stage Antique Bronze Gold. A white vinyl
top is in excellent condition as is all chrome and stainless.
American Racing alloys mount 17" Z - rated Nitro radials. The
interior was also fully restored with a complete set of factory
gauges, classic 'wood' 3-spoke wheel and original AM sound system
to deliver your tunes. This Mustang was a 'C' code car from the
factory - 289/2V. The current owner believes that this is the
original Windsor engine, but it is now equipped with an Assault
Racing dual-plane aluminum intake, Holley 4V carb and electronic
ignition. The engine compartment is nicely detailed and the motor
is well dressed. Factory cast iron manifolds route exhaust through
a Flowmaster stainless system and cooling is managed by a
performance aluminum radiator w/auxiliary electric fan. Torque is
delivered via a rare 3-speed manual gearbox. The solid chassis is
fitted with manual steering, 4-wheel drum brakes new shocks and new
fuel tank. If you want a fun, classic Blue Oval, this sharp Mustang
coupe has your name on it. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS"
