THE STORY BEHIND THIS
1949 CHEVROLET 3100 PICKUP
A few months ago, we had one of my favorite Chevy Pickups listed ... a ... 1986 Chevy (Custom / Lowered) R-10 SWB. Well ... a wonderful friend and Classic Car / Hot Rod Dealer from Atlanta, Georgia contacted me ... and ... stated that he had fallen in love with it.
I asked ... what he might have to trade ... and ... he reluctantly offered me this 1949 Custom / Slammed Chevy LS Swapped Pick-Up.
You see ... he had purchased it some time ago knowing that it was a incomplete project ... and ... had never gotten the time to complete the few things it needed to be finished (Bed Cover needed to be built and installed ... plus ... the Wiring needed to be repaired and completed).
Well ... we were able to work out the trade ... and ... our shop here at the FSD Hot Rod Ranch built a incredible "Old School" Bed Cover ... and ... completely Re-Wired the Whole Truck (including everything from the Head Lights to the Tail Lights and virtually everything in between).
We can now offer you one of the most incredible Resto-Mod Pickup's we have ever owned.
