Vehicle Description
1971 CHEVROLET EL CAMINO Stunning looks and incredible quality
abound on this 1971 Chevrolet El Camino. This El Camino has been
completely rebuilt from the frame up with dedication to
performance, reliability, comfort and looks. The frame has been
smoothed, detailed and epoxy painted before installing new fuel and
brake lines, front and rear disc brakes and an array of quality
suspension components. The engine is GM Performance 383ci Stroker
crate motor topped with Edelbrock intake manifold with 4bbl
carburetor with chrome air filter and dressed with all aluminum
pulleys matching the March billet aluminum front runner system
supporting the chrome AC, chrome alternator and power brake unit
having a remote billet reservoir. A MSD Multi Spark ignition system
provides the fire power. An aluminum radiator with dual auxiliary
fans keep it all cool. The entire under hood area is a verification
to exquisite detail. All wiring is precisely laid out, all hoses
and lines are well planned and installed. All surfaces are either
chromed, polished or painted to incredible gloss. The interior,
simple and understated continues the dedication to quality. The
exquisitely comfortable bench seat is covered in black, matching
the door panels, headliner, carpeting and dash. The dash displays
true 1971 SS gauge cluster with factory tachometer, clock and
speedometer, supplemented with under dash gauge cluster monitoring
oil, volts and water and factory AC controls and vents. Interior
rear view mirror has integrated rear facing camera. Aftermarket
in-dash audio provides musical sounds through a system of ample
speakers. Under the dash sits the Gear Vendors automatic
transmission with/overdrive controls. The driver outside mirror is
the original SS remote control. The exterior glistens in a
beautiful flawless application of copper hued metallic paint
complimented with belt line gold leaf band and SS style black hood
stripes. The rear bed interior displays the same glistening paint
as the exterior and is protected by a full length rubber bed mat
and covered by a tilt snug fitted soft tonneau cover. New Wheels &
Tires complete the classic lines and stance. The El Camino has
original 1971 Owner's Manual and Gear Vendors Under/Over handbook.
This is the consummate combination quality components and
dedication to detail with results in reliability, comfort and a lot
of "eye-ball" looks. ***If you are viewing this on Facebook
