unveiled their iconic sports car: the legendary Corvette. Fifty
years later marked their 50th Anniversary model, like the one
offered here for sale. This 5th generation example is a two-owner
convertible with low miles �€" just under 30,053 on the odometer.
It is finished in 50th Anniversary Red Metallic (Code 94) with a
Shale Soft Top over Tan Leather interior. It is powered by the
original LS1 5.7L SFI V8 engine mated to an Automatic Transmission
pushing 350HP to the rear wheels. The color combination is awesome,
and really sets this car apart from other C5 Corvettes. Beyond the
standard Corvette amenities such as Bose Surround Sound, it has the
upgraded 1SB Preferred Package with the Memory Package,
Electrochromic Mirrors, Power Telescoping and Manual Tilt Steering
Column, Twilight Sentinel (Light- Sensitive Pop-Up Headlights), and
Head Up Display. It also has color matched aluminum 5 spoke wheels,
and the Performance Handling Package. Very few 50th Anniversary
Corvettes were equipped with the Handling Package - of the 7547
convertible 50th Anniversary Corvettes produced for the '03 model
year, only 2592 of them were equipped with the Handling Package.
With almost $5k in upgraded options, this car originally retailed
for $56k plus tax. This low-mileage Corvette Convertible has been
maintained with care and American muscle pride; everything works as
it should and it remains as new as it was from the showroom floor
in 2003. This Corvette has been garage kept, which is where it
