In my 67 years of selling Rolls Royce, Bentley, Porsche and other great motorcars, both new and pre-owned, from this same location, I have the pleasure of offering this great sporting machine. This is the second generation, and most important, 2008 was the year when the Boxster received cosmetic changes that carried through the 2012. This included new head and tail lights, larger front intakes, day time running lights and lower rear end with twin diffusers. This particular motorcar was meticulously maintained both cosmetically and mechanically. It has been driven less than 2,300 miles per year for a total of 25,246 certified miles. It has a clean Carfax, which shows yearly service, all books and an extra key.
It is finished in a metallic burgundy with black leather throughout. The convertible top is thick black mohair which operates with a push of a button, the rear boot opens, the top goes down and the boot closes.
It is fitted with the 2.7L H6 fuel injected engine which affords economy yet unbelievable power when needed and of course a 5 speed manual gearbox. I have road tested this motorcar extensively and have found it a joy to drive with its docile handling and its awesome acceleration.
