EXTERIOR: What a great looking car. The lines, colors, wheels are
fantastic. The body is very clean and straight. Custom colors:
burgundy metallic and shadow gray metallic work great together. The
rims are red, custom hubcaps have painted burgundy details. A big
set of radial whitewalls are the cherry on top. It has a great
stance too. Up front the big mouth grill and chrome appear to be
very ni e original. The stainless moldings down the sides and gold
inserts look new. In back the bumper has show chrome, cool
taillights are in great shape. It even has a 1958 license
plate.
INTERIOR: Interior is all redone with a mild 50s custom style.
Two-tone pleated seats with matching door panels. Padded dash is
upholstered to match as well. All the interior metal and steering
is painted the same burgundy. There is a bluetooth stereo in a
custom console with 4 speakers. Has seat belt for the rear
passenger.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It is clean and respectable. The 352
Interceptor runs smooth. Has upgraded Edelbrock 4 barrel carb. The
master cylinder has been upgraded to a dual reservoir. Also, it has
been upgraded from a generator to an alternator.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It is a big compartment that the top folds into.
There is storage space in the middle even when top is down.
UNDERSIDE: Very solid. It looks like it's been maintained. Bottom
of motor is clean, trans pan is clean. Has new brake hoses.
Miscellaneous front end parts were replaced. New shocks front and
back. Has lowering blocks in back. New dual exhaust with glass pack
mufflers.
This is one of the best looking retractable I've seen. Such a great
cruiser. People love watching the top function. It's a real
mechanical marvel, especially for 1958!
