The first-generation 997 GT3 RS was truly an excellent car in all
regards; however, Porsche significantly improved the car with the
997.2 GT3 RS, introduced to the public in 2010. Increasing the
Mezger flat-six engine's displacement to 3.8 litres brought about
an extra 35 bhp, raising total output to 444 bhp. With revised
front bumpers and a larger rear spoiler, this car achieved even
greater downforce than its predecessor. In 2017 Autocar proclaimed
the car to be 'the best unlimited-production GT Porsche series
yet', and even when compared against the current-generation GT3 RS,
the 997.2 can still more than hold its own.
Delivered new to its first owner through Porsche Zentrum Koblenz in
May of 2010, this 997.2-generation GT3 RS is finished in Grey with
Guards Red accents and a black interior. It sports numerous options
including a red-painted roll cage, seat belts including racing
harnesses, and lightweight carbon-fibre-backed bucket seats trimmed
in Alcantara. Imported to Portugal in 2014, the car has remained
there ever since. According to its accompanying service manual, the
GT3 RS was last serviced at Centro Porsche Leira at 14,570 km in
April of 2017, and it has travelled less than 500 km since.
Heralded as amongst the best of the GT3 RS range of 911s, the
997.2-generation cars introduced a host of welcome changes to the
model and have proven to be excellent on both the road and track,
firmly establishing themselves as modern-day collectibles worthy of
sitting alongside the likes of a 1973 911 Carrera RS 2.7 or a 964
generation Carrera RS, as this example has in the S�ragga
Collection. Presented in wonderful condition throughout, this
example is ready for whatever its next owner has in store.

RS foi intervencionado pela �ltima vez no Centro Porsche Leiria,
com 14.570 km, em abril de 2017, percorrendo menos de 500 km desde
ent�o.
Reconhecido como um dos melhores 911 GT3 RS, o 997.2 introduziu um
conjunto alargado de altera��es ao modelo, que permitiram um
